Dispatch: We ship daily and send orders out as soon as they are ready. Our guarantee is that an in-stock order is dispatched within two business days; in practice it is usually sooner. Tracking reaches you the moment it leaves.
Free over $300: Domestic orders of $300 or more ship free. Below that, rates are calculated at checkout against your address.
Discreet packaging: Plain outer packaging with no product or category markings. Tamper-evident seals, fully tracked, with the tracking number emailed on dispatch.
Handling and storage: Lyophilised powders ship at ambient temperature. Compounds requiring cold chain are packed accordingly and marked on the label — store on arrival as the label directs.
