Shipping Policy

This policy sets out how orders from Alpha Aminos are dispatched and delivered. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

1. Processing and dispatch

In-stock orders are dispatched within two business days of the order being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Dispatch is subject to payment clearing and to the order passing our compliance checks. Where a check delays an order, we will tell you.

2. Shipping charges

Domestic orders of $300 or more ship free. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout against your delivery address and the service selected. The charge shown at checkout is the charge you pay.

3. Delivery

Orders are shipped with tracking. A tracking number is emailed when the order is dispatched. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed; a delay in the carrier's network is not a failure of the order.

4. Packaging

Orders ship in plain outer packaging with no product, category, or content markings on the exterior. Parcels carry tamper-evident seals. Lyophilised powders ship at ambient temperature. Compounds requiring cold chain are packed accordingly and marked on the vial label; on arrival, store as the label directs.

5. Delivery addresses

You are responsible for the accuracy of the address you provide. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. Where a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you; reshipment is charged at the applicable rate.

6. International shipping

Where an international order is accepted, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all duties, taxes, customs clearance, and for holding any licence or approval the destination country requires. Alpha Aminos is not responsible for parcels detained, seized, or refused entry by customs, and does not refund orders lost in that way.

7. Title and risk

Title and risk in the products pass to you on delivery by the carrier. From that point, responsibility for safe handling, storage, and disposal is yours, as set out in the RUO Agreement.

8. Loss or damage in transit

Inspect your order on arrival. Report a parcel that arrives damaged, or that tracking shows as delivered but which you have not received, through the contact page within 7 days of the delivery date, with photographs where there is visible damage. We will open a claim with the carrier and, where the claim is upheld, replace or refund the affected items.

Reports made after 7 days may not be recoverable, because carriers close their own claim windows.

9. Refusal and cancellation

Alpha Aminos may refuse or cancel any order before dispatch, on the grounds set out in the RUO Agreement. Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full.
