Chargeback Policy

This Chargeback Policy explains how Alpha Aminos handles payment disputes. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions and should be read with the Refund Policy and the Returns Policy. Alpha Aminos is a trading name of LK Operations LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.

1. Contact us before disputing a charge

Payment is accepted by Zelle only. Before disputing a payment with your bank, you must contact us so that we can resolve the matter directly:

Please include your order number and a description of the problem. Most issues, including damaged, incorrect, or undelivered orders, are resolved under the Refund Policy and the Returns Policy without the need for a dispute.

2. Order fulfillment records

Every order is shipped with carrier tracking, and delivery confirmation is recorded for each shipment. These records establish when an order was dispatched, the address it was sent to, and when it was delivered.

3. Records retained and submitted as evidence

To respond to payment disputes, we retain the following records for each account and order:

  • account registration details, including the company name and research field provided at sign-up;
  • the IP address and date and time associated with account creation and with each order;
  • the customer's acknowledgment that products are for research purposes only and are not for human therapeutic use;
  • the customer's acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, including the Web Authorization;
  • order details, payment authorization, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmation; and
  • correspondence between the customer and Alpha Aminos.

If a dispute is raised, these records are submitted to the bank or payment network as evidence that the order was authorized, accepted under these terms, and fulfilled.

4. Fraudulent or unwarranted disputes

A dispute raised for an order that was authorized, delivered as described, or not eligible for a refund under our policies is a breach of the Terms and Conditions. In that case Alpha Aminos may:

  • terminate the customer's account and refuse future orders;
  • recover the disputed amount, together with any dispute fees and reasonable costs of recovery; and
  • refer the outstanding balance to a collections agency.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page at the time an order is placed applies to that order.
