Returns Policy

This Returns Policy explains when a product supplied by Alpha Aminos may be returned and how a return is arranged. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions and should be read with the Refund Policy, which sets out when and how refunds are issued. Alpha Aminos is a trading name of LK Operations LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.

1. General rule

All products are research chemicals supplied for laboratory research and identification purposes only. Once a vial has left our custody its storage conditions and integrity cannot be verified, and a returned vial cannot be returned to stock. Products are therefore not returnable once dispatched, except in the cases listed in section 2.

2. Returns we accept

  • Wrong item: a compound, quantity, or presentation other than the one ordered.
  • Damaged on arrival: a broken vial or a compromised seal on delivery.
  • Off specification: a lot that does not meet the specification recorded on its certificate of analysis.

3. Returns we do not accept

  • Opened, reconstituted, decanted, or otherwise altered items.
  • Items ordered in error, once dispatched.
  • Items damaged or degraded after delivery, including through storage other than as the label directs.
  • Any item reported more than 7 days after delivery.

4. How to request a return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@alphaaminos.store or (971) 249-2959, quoting the order number and the lot number on the vial, with photographs where there is visible damage. Keep the item and all packaging until the request is resolved.

Do not send any item back without written return authorisation. Unauthorised returns cannot be accepted or refunded. Where a return is authorised we will provide instructions and a prepaid label, and the return is shipped at our cost.

5. Outcome

An accepted return is resolved by replacement or by refund to the original payment method, as set out in the Refund Policy. Replacements ship at our cost.
